Maik von der Frankentanne is an excellent example of the new type of Rottweiler. He's tall (67.5cm), compact, possesses excellent bone strength and has an extreme, typey head. He has a very broad back skull, excellent, pronounced stop, tons of cheek and a very short muzzle. He has a perfect scissors bite.

Maik's pedigree is very interesting; it's one the most successful combinations of the old DDR lines combined with the top ADRK producers. Before Maik left Germany , he was booked full his very first breeding year. Unfortunately, he left mid year and was unable to complete all of the breedings he was booked for. In total, he did 22 breedings while still in Germany .
