Joeri Goedertier is the owner of Redwood Krest K9 Center, LLC. Born in Gent, Belgium, Joeri came to the United States ten years ago. In his short time here, he has made Redwood Krest one of the
leading training facilities in the country.
In addition to being 8 time World Champion (IPO/Schutzhund), Joeri is a former Secret Service Chief K9 Instructor. He is certified to train police, guard, military, bomb detection, SAR, cadaver, SWAT, and Special Ops canines. He has also titled over 40+ dogs in Schutzhund, IPO, BH, FH, ZTP, BST, Körung, Lifetime Körung, AD, police service, narcotics, explosives, cancer detection, and search and rescue.
His training experience includes Chief-Trainer for the Belgian Military Dog Team. Joeri coached the team to 6 wins in the International Police Service Dog competitions.
Joeri also served as a commando in the Belgian Army, possesses a black belt in Karate and sniper’s license, and is the Guiness Book of World’s Record holder and 2x Belgian/European Champion for Archery.
Few other trainers can match Joeri’s expertise and accomplishments.
